PAYMENT, DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

The order of non-personalized goods is ready for shipping within 3 - 5 working days at the latest. Personalized goods are ready to ship within 8 - 12 working days at the latest.

We aim to sdispatch all orders as quickly as possible, even though there may be slight delays in particularly busy times such as our seasonal sales. Estimated delivery times for DHL or WARENPOST should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. SIGN OF MINE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping and customs clearance.

DELIVERY COSTS

The delivery within Germany is 4, - €. From a value of 49, - € shipping in Germany is free. of charge.

For Switzerland and all countries of the EU, the shipping costs are 12, -Euro.

Shipping costs for all other countries: on request.

The dispatch takes place with our logistics partner DHL and WARENPOST of the German post office AG. All shipments sent by SIGN of MINE are insured against theft and accident damage. Once you have received your delivery and confirmed this in writing, the insurance coverage expires.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once we have sent your order, you will receive an e-mail notification stating the DHL or WARENPOST number for shipment tracking.

SIGN OF MINE OFFERS YOU THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT OPTIONS:

PAYMENT ON RECEIPT OF INVOICE

Please understand that we can only offer the payment method "Payment on receipt of invoice" if the delivery and billing addresses are identical and the shopping cart value is at least 30 euros and a maximum of 200 euros. The payment period is 14 days. When making the transfer, please make sure that your order number is specified in the purpose of use and that different orders are transferred separately. Only then can we correctly allocate your payment.

PAYPAL

Over 15 million people in Germany alone pay with PayPal on the World Wide Web. If you select PayPal payment, you will be safely redirected to PayPal and enter your details directly with PayPal.

CREDIT CARD

You can pay with Master Card or VISA by having your card and 3D Secure password ready and entering all relevant data in the fields provided. You will also receive a transaction receipt from Wirecard, who will make the payment module available in our store, by e-mail for your records.

RETURNS

Within a period of 14 days after delivery you can return ordered articles (except reduced or personalized products) free of charge. We kindly ask you to inform us of the reason for your return informally (by mail to info@sign-of-mine.de). Excluded from the exchange and return policy are personalized and discounted goods. The right of return applies only to unused, flawless items. For labels, the protective film must not be removed. If you have already paid for the product, you will receive your money back. If you would like to exchange an article, we will send you the article you requested as soon as the article to be exchanged has been received - please request a return slip by mail to: info@sign-of-mine.de The articles must be in a single Shipment to SIGN OF MINE.
