Delivery

Orders with non-personalized items will be ready for dispatch within 3 to 5 working days at the latest.

Personalized products will be ready for shipping within 8 to 12 business days at the latest.

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, during particularly busy periods, such as seasonal promotions, slight delays may occur.

The delivery times stated by DHL or Warenpost are guidelines only and begin from the date of dispatch.

SIGN of MINE assumes no responsibility for delivery delays caused by shipping providers or customs clearance.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs within Germany are €4.50 (DHL Warenpost).

For orders over €75, shipping within Germany is free.

For Austria, Switzerland and all EU countries we charge a shipping fee of €14.00 (goods mail of Deutsche Post AG).

Shipping costs for all other countries: on request.

Shipping is carried out via our logistics partners DHL and the goods mail service of Deutsche Post AG.

All shipments sent by SIGN of MINE are insured against theft and transport damage.

The insurance coverage expires as soon as you have accepted the delivery and confirmed it in writing.

For orders shipped outside of Germany, import taxes, customs duties and fees may be charged by the destination country.

Import duties and taxes are levied by the respective import customs office and are borne by the recipient.

These depend on the import regulations of the recipient country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Shipment tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the corresponding tracking number (DHL or Warenpost).

SIGN of MINE offers the following payment options:

PAYMENT ON INVOICE

This payment method is only available in Germany if the billing and delivery addresses are identical and the order value is up to €200.

The payment period is 14 days.

When making the transfer, please be sure to include your order number in the purpose field.

We ask that you transfer different orders separately so that the payments can be allocated correctly.

PAYPAL

PayPal is one of the most widely used payment methods on the Internet – over 15 million people use it in Germany alone.

The advantage: It's simple, fast, and secure. You can pay conveniently using your email address and password—including buyer protection and clear transaction management.

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page where you can enter your details directly.

CREDIT CARD

Payment by credit card is made via PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account; you can simply pay as a guest with your credit card.

Please have your card and your 3D Secure password ready.

Enter all required data in the fields provided.

After successful payment, you will also receive a transaction confirmation from PayPal via email.

Return

You can return ordered items free of charge within 14 days of delivery – this does not apply to discounted and personalized products.

Please inform us informally of the reason for the return, for example by email or as a note on the invoice.

The right of return applies only to unused, flawless items.

For labels, the protective film must not be removed.

If you have already paid for the product, we will refund you the amount.

If you would like to exchange an item, we will send you the desired alternative,

as soon as the returned item has arrived with us.

Returns should be made in a single shipment and addressed to SIGN of MINE.
