Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several items and they have been delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the deadline.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this is due to handling that is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual selection or specification by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to personal needs. Likewise, there is no right of withdrawal for perishable goods or those with a short shelf life, for alcoholic beverages with an agreed delivery date starting 30 days after conclusion of the contract, the price of which is subject to market fluctuations, and for newspapers, magazines, and illustrated magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. The same applies to goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery, as well as to sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed.
